Shared transport combines compatible loads where practical. It is not a guaranteed discount or a measured carbon-saving claim. Booking ahead helps planning, but price and availability depend on the route, goods and handling.

1. Route & timing

With or without spaces is fine. Mainland Britain only; dispatch checks the full addresses before quoting.

Choose a date range you can genuinely accept. Exact slots must be agreed separately.

A return is a separate leg to be priced and agreed. Put return opening hours or different return goods in the notes.

2. Build your item list

Up to 10 pieces, including 3 bulky items. Each box counts as one piece. This is a small-load service, not a whole-house removal.

Dimensions and weight are per piece, as transported. Leave unknown values blank; we’ll confirm them before pricing. No standard size or weight is assumed.

3. Handling & access

A driver-only service is not a promise to lift heavy goods alone. Two-person work, stairs and room placement must be agreed in your quote. Appliances must be disconnected and drained; assembly, packing and installation are not included.

4. Where should we send your quote?

Your details go to Callia’s dispatch team to answer this enquiry and arrange suitable transport. We use short-lived, protected identifiers derived from your network address and email to limit repeated submissions. Do not include card details or sensitive personal information.

Can you collect an item bought online?

Yes, request furniture or other suitable goods from a retailer, business or private seller. You must arrange permission to collect, safe access, packaging and the seller’s availability. We’ll agree the service before booking.

Do you offer whole-house removals?

No. This form is for up to 10 pieces with no more than 3 bulky items, subject to volume, weight and safe access. For a larger commercial consignment, email us for review. Packing services, house clearances, pianos, hazardous goods and specialist lifting are outside this small-load offer.

Will my goods share a van?

Flexible services may travel with compatible loads if a suitable route is available. Dedicated Direct is the separate no-shared-load service. We confirm the arrangement in your quote.

Can I book an exhibition delivery and return?

Yes. Choose the tailored direct option for a fixed loading-bay slot, add your outward and return dates and list the items. Share the venue access requirements. We must agree the exact slots and both legs before you reserve them with the venue.

Are two people included?

Only when explicitly agreed and priced. Choose two-person handling if needed and describe access at both ends. We’ll review the team, equipment, stairs, parking and room placement before accepting the work.
